1) Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused, and sealed products.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Perishable items (such as loose tea leaves) cannot be returned once opened.
  • To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging.

2) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used tea packets
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Custom orders or personalized blends

3) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Only product costs will be refunded.

4) Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need to exchange a product, please email us at contact@inditea.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • All exchanged / replaced items will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

5) Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If approved for a refund, only the product cost will be refunded.

6) Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos at
contact@inditea.com.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
